SkyTrace Ventures connects entrepreneurs to accredited investors in our network. We specialize in angel, seed and series A financings.
For investors, we identify and represent alternative investment opportunities in private companies. Typically, private investment opportunities can be hard to find and curate for the average accredited investor. Our investor network includes angel investors, high net worth individuals, registered investment advisors, family offices and venture capital funds.
For entrepreneurs, we identify and connect investors that might have interest in an investing or mentoring opportunity. We also serve as a placement agent in capital raises for selected companies. Many entrepreneurs find that they do not have the expertise and time required to effectively plan and execute a capital raise on their own.
